Children's Privacy

WebPrimeHub is intended for users aged 16 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at privacy@webprimehub.com and we will promptly delete the data.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WebPrimeHub platform, website, courses, and related services. By accessing or using WebPrimeHub, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

Agreement: By clicking "Register" or "Get Started," you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.

Account Rules

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering
  • Each user is permitted one account only β€” multiple accounts are not allowed
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
  • WebPrimeHub will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access
  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account

Course Content Ownership

All course materials, videos, written content, code samples, graphics, and resources provided on WebPrimeHub are the intellectual property of WebPrimeHub or its licensed content creators. The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Downloading, copying, or redistributing course materials without written permission
  • Screen recording, photographing, or capturing course content by any means
  • Reselling, sublicensing, or sharing access to paid course content
  • Using course content to create competing products or training materials
  • Sharing your login credentials to grant others access to paid content

Upon enrolment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access course materials for your personal educational use only.

Payment & Refunds

Pricing

  • All course prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are subject to change
  • The 2-Week Intensive Programme is priced at ₦5,000 per enrolment
  • Full course prices vary per programme β€” see individual course pages for current pricing
  • Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated

Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase
  • Refunds are only considered if less than 20% of the course has been accessed
  • No refunds will be issued after a certificate of completion has been issued
  • Refund requests must be sent to support@webprimehub.com with your order reference

WebPrimeHub reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet eligibility criteria. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days.

User Conduct

All users of WebPrimeHub are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and lawfully. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited:

  • Sharing login credentials or allowing others to access your account
  • Uploading, posting, or transmitting illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Harassing, threatening, or bullying other users or staff members
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform
  • Spamming community forums, chat, or messaging features
  • Impersonating WebPrimeHub staff or other users
  • Using the platform for any unlawful purpose under Nigerian law

Limitation of Liability

WebPrimeHub provides education and training services. By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • We do not guarantee employment, job placement, or career outcomes upon course completion
  • We do not guarantee any specific level of income or earnings after training
  • Course content is provided for educational purposes and may not reflect the most current industry practices at all times
  • WebPrimeHub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform
  • Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant course

Termination of Access

WebPrimeHub reserves the right to suspend or permanently delete your account in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of these Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent activity or misuse of the platform
  • Non-payment of course fees where applicable
  • Conduct that is harmful to other users or the reputation of WebPrimeHub
  • Any activity that violates Nigerian law

Upon termination, your access to course content will be revoked immediately. No refunds will be issued for terminations resulting from a violation of these Terms.

Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your WebPrimeHub learning experience. This policy explains when and how you may request a refund for course purchases.

Refund Eligibility

  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date
  • Less than 20% of the enrolled course content must have been accessed or completed
  • The student must not have received or downloaded any course certificates
  • The ₦5,000 intensive training programme is non-refundable once the training session has commenced

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@webprimehub.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your full name, registered email address, and order reference number
  3. Briefly state the reason for your refund request
  4. Our team will review and respond within 5 business days
  5. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 10 business days

WebPrimeHub reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet eligibility criteria or appear to be made in bad faith.

Disclaimer & Earnings Disclaimer

The information and training provided by WebPrimeHub are intended for educational purposes only. By enrolling in our courses and using our platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

No Earnings Guarantee

WebPrimeHub does not guarantee that completing any of our courses will result in employment, freelance income, business success, or any specific financial outcome. Results vary significantly between individuals based on factors including:

  • Level of dedication and effort applied during and after training
  • Prior knowledge, skills, and experience
  • Market conditions and job availability
  • Individual aptitude and personal circumstances

Any testimonials or success stories shared on our platform represent individual results and are not typical outcomes. These should not be interpreted as a promise of what you will achieve.

Content Accuracy

While we make every effort to keep our course content accurate and up to date, the web development and technology industry evolves rapidly. WebPrimeHub does not warrant that all course content reflects the absolute latest industry standards at any given time. We recommend supplementing your learning with current industry resources and community engagement.

Intellectual Property Policy

All content, branding, and materials on the WebPrimeHub platform are protected by intellectual property law. This policy outlines ownership rights and acceptable use.

WebPrimeHub Owned Content

The following are the exclusive intellectual property of WebPrimeHub:

  • The WebPrimeHub name, logo, and brand identity
  • All course videos, written materials, code exercises, and assessments
  • Website design, layout, and user interface elements
  • Certificates of completion issued to students
  • Marketing materials, graphics, and promotional content

Prohibited Uses

Without express written permission from WebPrimeHub, you may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any course content
  • Create derivative works based on WebPrimeHub course materials
  • Use the WebPrimeHub name or logo in any commercial context
  • Claim ownership of any content created by WebPrimeHub
  • Use course content to train AI models or automated systems

Student-Created Work

Projects, assignments, and code created independently by students during their training remain the intellectual property of the student. WebPrimeHub may request permission to feature outstanding student work for promotional purposes, but will always seek explicit consent before doing so.

Student Code of Conduct

WebPrimeHub is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and productive learning environment for all students. All enrolled learners are expected to uphold the following standards of conduct.

Core Values

  • Respect: Treat all instructors, fellow students, and staff with dignity and respect regardless of background, gender, religion, or experience level
  • Integrity: Submit only your own work and never misrepresent your abilities or credentials
  • Participation: Engage actively and constructively in all sessions, discussions, and group work
  • Responsibility: Take ownership of your learning journey and meet deadlines and commitments

Prohibited Behaviour

  • Harassment, bullying, or discrimination in any form β€” online or in-person
  • Plagiarism, cheating on assessments, or submitting others' work as your own
  • Disrupting live sessions, classes, or community spaces
  • Sharing or leaking assessment questions, course content, or exam answers
  • Using abusive, threatening, or inappropriate language in any WebPrimeHub channel

Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in a warning, suspension from the platform, or permanent account termination without refund.

LMS Usage Policy

This policy governs acceptable use of the WebPrimeHub Learning Management System (LMS) β€” the digital platform through which all course content, assessments, and certifications are delivered.

Platform Access

  • Access to the LMS is granted upon successful registration and payment of applicable course fees
  • Course access is personal and non-transferable β€” sharing login details is strictly prohibited
  • Access to specific courses is valid for the period stated at the time of enrolment
  • WebPrimeHub reserves the right to update or modify course content at any time to ensure quality and relevance

Technical Requirements

To get the best experience from the WebPrimeHub LMS, we recommend:

  • A modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari β€” latest versions)
  • A stable internet connection of at least 2 Mbps for video content
  • A device with a minimum screen resolution of 1024Γ—768
  • JavaScript enabled in your browser

Platform Availability

WebPrimeHub makes every effort to keep the LMS available 24/7. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. WebPrimeHub is not liable for any losses arising from temporary platform unavailability.
